Refund policy
Every order is printed on demand, specially made for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@impressia.ca if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions
Since all products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, style, or image
- Color variations due to screen/display differences
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, or if a confirmed defective or incorrect item is received. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
